Shipping Policy

Since shipping is so expensive, any store that offers FREE shipping is likely making the money for this expensive offer by raising the price of the jewellery.

www.jasjewellery.com does not play games and openly charges a flat shipping charge for orders up to 1 pound, and thereby keep our prices low and likely save you money in the long run!

Shipping is a flat fee of US$7.00 for ground shipping up to one (1) pound. Any packages over one pound will be billed based on UPS costs plus a small handling fee. Overnight delivery will be calculated based on an overnight's courier's fees plus a small handling fee.

Shipping to Canada is only $7.00 for ground shipping up to 1 pound, thereafter it will be charged per the UPS fee plus a small handling fee. International shipping is only $7 for regular shipping and up to one(1) pound and UPS or USPS fees for packages over one(1) pound plus a small handling fee. Unless otherwise noted, shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

We ship using all of the major parcel carriers including, UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Airborne whichever is best for each individual package need. Our standard parcel carrier is USPS and we usually ship USPS Priority mail. Overnight products are usually sent FedEx, except for special circumstances such as overnight delivery and delivery of very heavy products. We can ship to P.O. boxes though we prefer not to. We are not responsible for mis-directed shipments.

All orders are shipped using address provided by customer and verified electronically using the US Postal Service AIS Database. If the shipping address cannot be verified using the USPS AIS, no Delivery Guarantee applies and customer assumes responsibility for mis-directed, returned, or lost packages and must re-pay S&H to receive the order again.

Our flat rate shipping cost includes insurance up to $100.
